Dear Mr. Kamps, Reference my letter to you of January 28, 2012, regarding claim for reimbursement. Mr. Tye Rommel, manager of your Sacramento office, has promptly resolved this issue to our complete satisfaction. Please also note that Mr. Rommel has always interacted with us as a Kamps customer in a thoroughly professional and friendly manner. In retrospect, this issue inadvertently became prolonged due to a simple difference in our communications styles: we prefer to communicate in written correspondence for business dealings, whereas Mr. Rommel prefers the personal touch in verbal conversation likely due to the multitude of people he interacts with on a daily basis. This is understandable and quite proper. Again, we are pleased with Mr. Rommel and his Sacramento staff over the course of some fifteen years as a Kamps customer here in Rancho Murieta. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

I have been very pleased with the customer service and professionalism demonstrated by your staff during each and every contact with them. Of particular note, was the impression made upon me by Don Bolt when he refilled my residential LPG tank on March 12, 2012. Don was courteous, personable, and respectful of my property from the moment he arrived and projected a very positive image both of himself and his employer. It is a pleasure to do business with a company that exhibits none of the mediocrity that plagues so many outfits these days.
