The Correct Way to Light a Propane Gas Grill

With summer here, it’s time to get outside and start your propane grill. Practicing good safety habits is an important part of dealing with propane gas, however.

In this video, you will learn how to light a propane gas grill. Turn on the propane by turning the cylinder valve counter-clockwise. This will allow the gas to flow freely towards the grill. Once the propane is activated, turn one of the burners on to the light position and press the automatic igniter. Of course, before lighting the grill you should make sure the lid is open.
